To Request a Room Reservation:
Login at: https://calendar.google.com
Username and Password: Contact Church Office.
- Click calendar at or near the desired Date and time for your event.
- Enter event name and click “Edit Event” in the pop up window.
- Double check event name, and date and time for your event.
- Click the “Rooms, etc.” link (right side of screen) and select the desired room(s) for your event
- Click “Add Guests” and add email@example.com and your own email as Guests for the event.
- Add a description for your event.
- Post the event by clicking “Save”
