College Care Packages:  25 made 11/13/11-sending out 11/15/11

Chili Cook Off Review:  
. Profit approx $800-$900
. Number of attendees down from previous event.
. Discussed Stony Pt v Montgomery location for future
. Idea: Have BBQ same day as Dixieland Sunday-Is this too early for planning purposes?

Decision:
Do chili cook off every other year; do BBQ "other" year (with potluck)

Calendar Sales:

. Need Incentives
. Sold 320 last year-goal this year is selling all 500 ordered
. Online signups would be a good idea for selling shifts
. Ideas: Sell at Copperfields-Other Methodist Churches-Craft Fairs (MHS)-Angel's Attic

Spring SCUMY Calendar

. Discussed dates -recommended changes to Global Youth Service Day/Filming/Awards Night
. Discussed adding HS to MS Broomball night (without HS in lock in)

Parenting Class

. Conflict resolution in families
. Free Class (1 ½ hour approx)
. Chris Doyle,MFP, 11 class in Feb/March
