Chancel Choir General Fund [Magic Show$ 1,133.76//$2,000 moved to Tour fund] $3,475.28

Memorial Funds [funds paid for Christmas Cantata music] 2,879.00
OLD BUSINESS
· Magic Show:
o Good attendance at both shows.
o Some concern expressed about the sawing woman act for matinee.
o The last Saturday in April seems to work well for this event.
· Mothers’ Day Flower Delivery:
o We earned $712 with 79 in-town deliveries & 16 out-of-town.
o We learned it’s good to keep track of our own deliveries.
o Grohe very happy with our services & we will be asked back.
· Board Elections: Cheryl Cummins will be our new Board Secretary!
· “L’Avventura Italiana: An Evening of Fine Italian Food & Song”
Tickets are now on sale. Volunteer sign-up sheets – please sign up – we need all the help we can get. We’ll need:
· Decorations – we need volunteers (see Bill)
· Table set-up & decorations on Friday – as many hands as possible.
· Kitchen Staff – Sat. 10am-1pm, need 3-4 people
o Showtime (4:30-end), need 3-4
o Dishwashers (6-end)
o Servers
· Clean-up – as many hands as possible.
· Santa Rosa Wednesday Night Market: Aug 24th We’ll need 5-7 volunteers.
· Summer Singers’ Workshop: September 10th (TBConfirmed)
NEW BUSINESS
· Bastille Day with Michael Van Why – July 15th concert/fundraiser @SP.
TOUR for JUNE 2012
· Board discussed 4 tour agencies.
· Met again on Saturday, May 21 to narrow it down to 2: Global Ed & Witte
· We are trying to set up a meeting with choir Sunday June 5th
Next Choir Board Meeting: Tuesday, June 7th 7pm in Susanna Wesley House.
