  • Doug will write an article for the Roseleaf to inform the general congregation of the tour postponement, stressing the Tour Fund monies will be maintained for the 2013 trip.  Bill will check with the Trustees re transferring these monies to an interest bearing CD.

Review of End of Summer Events

  • L’Avventura dinner and show went well and raised $3,000.00 for the tour fund, highest grossing choir fundraiser on Doug’s watch.  Good organization, great show, enjoyed by one & all.  Repeat performance in 2012??????
  • Bastille Day Concert went well, was an easy fundraiser for the choir, and a win-win situation for all.  Michael and Sheri will be invited for a repeat performance -- Bastille Day, 2012.
